Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://sharifineya.com and related booking services operated by Sharifi Neya Tourist & Travel Agency (legal name unchanged in every language). By searching, booking, or creating an account you agree to these terms.

Bookings and suppliers

We arrange travel bookings as an agency. Airline, bus operator, and other supplier rules apply to tickets and services. Fares, seats, and penalties can change until a booking is confirmed and paid as shown at checkout. Timetables and operational changes come from the supplier; we pass them on and help rebook when the fare rules allow.

Payments

You must pay using a method offered at checkout. Payment processors (for example HesabPay or a card provider) handle card and wallet checkout. A booking is not complete until we confirm it and payment succeeds.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Change and refund eligibility follows the supplier’s fare rules and any service fees shown before you confirm. We process requests we can action under those rules. Some fares are non-refundable.

Passenger information

You are responsible for accurate passenger names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact data. Incorrect data can prevent ticketing or boarding. Names should match the travel document that will be presented.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate profile information and for keeping login details confidential. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use the website and apps only for lawful travel booking and related support. Fraud, scraping that harms service stability, or attempts to circumvent security are not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, or operational decisions outside our control. The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Afghan law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms. The current version is published at https://sharifineya.com/terms.
